This role involves working outside in all seasons.


In this role you will support the Facilities Manager, as part of an Estates Services team, to ensure the College grounds are maintained to an excellent standard providing a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for all.


You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to undertake physically demanding work in all weather conditions as necessary to undertake general repairs and ground maintenance.

Good writing skills and strong communication skills are also essential for the role.
