    Reward and Performance Assistant:

Job description- This post is required to provide effective professional administrative support within the Reward and Performance team to achieve timely, accurate information and high-quality output. A minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years' (demonstrable) recent relevant work experience in an administrative environment carrying out a range of administrative duties which involves using initiative and decision making within their sphere of work.
  • Experience of organising and servicing committees/working groups including preparation of agendas, minutes, follow up correspondence and other administrative arrangements.
  • Experience of working on multiple tasks / projects, managing own workload from start to finish and reacting to changing priorities, while continuing to meet standards and deadlines.
