It is an exciting time for Mental Health Services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Our community mental health offer is undergoing a major transformation and we are searching for people with a range of skills and a passion to deliver great mental health services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our fantastic Community Mental Health Team at North West Leicestershire Planned Treatment Team based in Coalville.

We currently have a hybrid model of base and home working and are continuing to use a combination of platforms for patient contact, including video software, and telephone contacts, alongside face to face visits.
