£65,000 - £75,000 per annum + benefits (Permanent):

Oxford, Oxfordshire:

Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for an Associate Director within our clients professional Building Surveying team in Oxford.

Our Client:

Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects:
Education, Healthcare, Local Authority, Residential

Company Headcount:

Requirements of the Associate Director (Building Surveying):

Party Wall, Dilapidations, Landlord and Tennant along with other professional building surveying experience
MRICS qualified
Ideally years' experience within a practice environment
Experienced of earmarking potential business opportunities and developing them further
