Description Overview:


As a QC Lab Team Leader, you will support and mentor a small group of Analysts and work as part of a team to co-ordinate all Bulk/Packed Stock testing activities of the Quality Control Laboratory.

This is a shift-based role working on a weekly rotation of early and late shifts.

To be successful you will be degree qualified in a science disciplline, with relevant experience in an analytical pharmaceutical laboratory.

Some previous team leading experience is desirable.

Experience Required:


  • A Level (or equivalent) in Chemistry
  • Ideally a BSc or equivalent in a science discipline
  • Relevant experience in an analytical pharmaceutical laboratory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A selfstarter with excellent prioritization skills
  • Previous team leading experience is desirable
