**Job : Account Executive

Location :
Bristol

Salary : 20,000 to 25,000

Hybrid working
**We are looking for an account executive to join the team.
Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days home Tues / Wed mandatory days in the office

Clients they work with :
Anglo American, EthosEnergy, TWMA, Weatherford, Expro, Salesforce, Tracerco, BioPhorum

Systems you will be using:
word, excel, ppt, Synergist, Teams

The key things you will be doing in this role are listed below:
Managing briefs, projects through the studio
Briefing designers
Proof checking
Putting presentations together
Getting 3rd party supplier quotes
Project quoting, invoicing
General admin, opening job numbers, job folders on the system
Attending meetings, producing contact reports
Updating weekly client status sheets
Good spoken and written communication skills
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
Good organisational and time management skills
Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
A under pressure
A professional manner
Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets

Must have agency or inhouse experience
