An exciting and integral opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a progressive management consultancy that prides itself on advising on how to run organisations more effectively.


The role of Business Development Executive is to generate a healthy pipeline of quality sales meetings for our Practice Directors.

Predominantly phone-based, you will have regular training and coaching to develop your skills to ensure you have all the supportrequired to hit your sales targets.


As an integral member of the team, your role will be at the front end, tasked with selling their services to senior level decision-makers at industry-leading FTSE100 / Fortune 500 companies.

You will develop the skills that will enable you to qualify prospectsbased on their current business challenges and needs through specific questioning.


My client work across all sectors, the key ones being; Infrastructure, Financial Services, Facilities Management, Construction, IT/Telecoms, Government and Transport.

Therefore, development of your own knowledge within these sectors, along with the Managementors'methodology, will be crucial for you to successfully generate quality sales meetings.


  • Previous experience in B2B sales outbound sales, cold calling, relationship building etc
  • Previous experience of Professional Services, along with knowledge of the industries in which we operate, is highly desirable
  • A proactive, resilient nature, with strong organisational and time management skills
  • An excellent work ethic and a willingness to 'get stuck in'
  • The ability to commute to our head office within 45 minutes, which is located just outside of Reading
  • A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Salary £27k+ dependent on experience plus OTE, performance bonus, BUPA, Pension Contribution and Life Assurance.
