This role is ideal for someone looking to progress into Account Management or Order Processing.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • General office duties
  • Answering the office phone
  • Ordering Client Samples
  • Assisting the sales team by generating quotes and processing orders
  • Assisting with admin

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to employees at all levels within the business and company clients.
  • Well organised and detail conscious
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ambitious, with a drive to progress and grow within the company.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role is highly advantageous.
  • Good IT skills and understanding of Word/ Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and a cando attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a small busy team
  • Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for attention to detail and an ability to focus on the priorities of the business
  • Confident telephone manner.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
