£20,867 to £22,689

Hours of work - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday hours/week, Term time plus 8 days

About the Role:
To join the pastoral team reporting into the Assistant Headteacher Behaviour, Attendance and Ethos:

  • Managing the administration of the Reset and Isolation room, ensuring efficient and effective systems.
  • Supporting the smooth running of behaviour systems during the day, including on call and the Reset and Isolation rooms.
  • Assisting Heads of Year in logging safeguarding and behavioural incidents on internal systems
  • Support in preparing student statements following behavioural incidents and safeguarding disclosures

About You:

  • A passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people.
  • Able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with parents, students and colleagues
  • Experience of working in team with collective goals
  • Experience of systems, processes and procedures
  • Experience in a range of software packages and systems
  • Excellence in preparing and writing documents, arranging meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Understanding of the requirements of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
