Floor Supervisor to join our amazing team
We have two incredible venues that combine crazy golf, street food and cocktails, what's not to love? Both venues have fun nine-hole crazy golf courses, private hire areas, four different street food vendors and high-quality cocktail bars
In short, what will I be doing?
- Ensuring that guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded across the department.
- Assisting DM/AGM with weekly scheduling in line with revenue forecast; adjusting working hours in accordance with actual revenue and maximise labour hour productivity.
- Ensuring that guests requests are addressed in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
- Ensuring the department is set up and ready for service on time each shift alongside keeping areas tidy and clean.
- Making sure that ongoing training and coaching of team members is carried out to guarantee service and quality standards are consistently met.
So, what are we looking for?
- Some who has previous experience as Supervisor or Team Leader within a high volume, quality hospitality environment.
- An individual with a fun, infectious and outgoing personality who loves hospitality as much as we do
- A great communicator and team player who delivers an exceptional experience to all our guests.
