Do you have experience in delivering first class customer service? Do you like helping people and solving problems? Do you work well as part of a focused and dedicated team in a busy and often demanding environment? Can you promote a positive and professional image of the Royal Borough of Greenwich?If the answer is yes to all the above, then we would like to hear from you.
We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Advisors to play a key role in enabling access to services for our residents and service users.
Your professional manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be matched by a real service ethic and the ability to deal with a range of services provided by The Royal Borough.
Together with demonstrated competence in a customer-focused role, a positive, flexible attitude and excellent team-working skills, you'll also need to be comfortable in using, and learning to use, a range of ICT systems.
You'll be handling everything from arranging a waste collection to dealing with calls from some of the more vulnerable people living in the borough.
You may be held in a waiting pool until a vacancy is available.
