Customer support role.

Full time, permanent role.

Mayfair based.

Are you a specialist within Financial services in a customer support/administrative position? are you process driven, meticulous with detail and do you possess knowledge of investment?


This boutique, and highly successful Investment consultancy are now looking for a Customer support person to join their team and assist in providing administrative support for their teams and processes.


You


Will have a solid track record and a proven understanding of financial services with knowledge of finance regulations including money laundering regulations/checks.

You will possess customer services skills and strong administrative skills from processingnew clients, to following regulations.


The role
Lots of opportunity to grow and develop within this role, and to progress across the business.

The role involves providing support for the investment team - processing new clients, checking new clients and following strict financial services regulations.

Producing reports for clients and providing day to day admin support.
