Who we are:
The Business team at Orleans House Gallery provide a crucial role in supporting income generation and commercial activity to help deliver the exciting, diverse, and ambitious Richmond Arts Service programme.
The team is going through an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a dynamic new team member to help support us.
About the role:
We are looking for an administration professional to join the Richmond Art Service's Business team, providing day to day support to our ever-growing hires and lettings.
Based at Orleans House Gallery on Twickenham Riverside, you will:
- Support with administration for events ranging from weddings, filming, and community hires to corporate away days, drinks receptions and exhibition openings
- Create social media and web copy to positively represent the venue as an exciting, aspirational event space and help to generate bookings
- Liaise with a range of hirers, vendors and industry professionals, maintaining positive relationships and providing an excellent customer experience
- Work with team members across the Arts Service and communicate with colleagues effectively
About You
- You will have experience of working in administration
- You will enjoy delivering exceptional customer service
- You will have a passion for the Arts
