Essential Experience:


  • Strong agile product delivery experience
  • Using various methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) with experience of Product Ownership, or a similar role, working with Scrum teams or in an Agile environment


  • People leadership

  • You will be passionate about leading and coaching people, having led teams both directly and through matrix
  • Delivery within time and cost constraints
  • Demonstrable experience of digital delivery within time and cost constraints


  • Stakeholder management

  • Management of, and collaboration with, stakeholders (business and technical) to ensure we are working as one team


  • Off-Shore Teams

  • You will have experience of partnering with offshore teams in order to deliver high quality digital change


  • Maximise Value

  • Demonstrable experience of maximising value for customers and partners by ensuring that your teams are always working on the right set of business problems


  • Passion for Digital

  • Ultimately, you will be a digital advocate who is passionate about making a difference to our customers
