Responsibilities:


  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate a range of ageappropriate activities and experiences in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and keep accurate records of their development
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and providing advice and guidance when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the EYFS team to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities as required

Requirements:


  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Experience working with children aged 3 to 5 years old
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its principles
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate highquality activities and experiences that meet the individual needs and interests of children
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to the profession
