An exciting Behaviour Mentor position is available at a primary aged Pupil Referral Unit in central-south Birmingham.

** £400 - £450 per week

The Behaviour Mentor:
For this Behaviour Mentor role, you must have a patient, compassionate personality, and the desire to help.

You should be aware of the issues that the pupils are facing, and how to assist them with overcoming barriers to their education.

As a Behaviour Mentor,it is important that you have a good understanding of the additional needs of the pupils you are working with, and can take a person-centric, trauma-informed approach to your work.

This Pupil Referral Unit based in the Birmingham district of Hall Green caters for children in KS1 and KS2 with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and SEN.
