Responsibilities:


  • Provide general office support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Locating files for appointments
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Franking post and taking it to the post office
  • Banking

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and office etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be confident, polite and hard working
  • Must have excellent time keeping and time management
