Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Locating files for appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Franking post and taking it to the post office
- Banking
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and office etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be confident, polite and hard working
- Must have excellent time keeping and time management
