Description
There is an exciting opportunity for a committed, well-organised individual to join the Medicine division as a Care Coordinator.

Working alongside the Operations Manager and General Manager to coordinate and deliver an effective 2WW Skin Cancer pathway for our patients.

The individual will work closely with the Dermatology department to ensure patients are being accounted for and followed up in a timely manner.
