The Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy & Biomedical Sciences (SIPBS) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified member of staff as a Teaching Fellow in Pharmacy Practice.

This is available as a full-time post.

Our MPharm and IP teaching are accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Teaching in biomedical sciences is similarly accredited by both the Institute of Biomedical Sciences and the Society of Biology.

In REF2021, SIPBS was part of a submission that was the highest-performing Scottish institution in Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Nursing and Pharmacy (Unit of Assessment 3).

You will ideally have a degree in pharmacy, and current registration with the GPhC. In addition, you will also have suitable practice experience in hospital and/or community/primary care pharmacy.
