About Our Client:

- Be the key point of contact responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to customers
- Someone that can listen and respond to the customer with empathy and understanding, whilst working hard to resolve their queries
- Creating great customer interactions driving brand advocacy
- Liaising with external suppliers professionally, minimising order cancellation or delays, mitigating customer dissatisfaction
- Identifying vulnerable customers and deal with their queries in an appropriate manner
The Successful Applicant:
- Good customer service background, 23 years
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Computer Literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good track record of displaying excellent customer service
- Be able to show empathy and sympathy
- Be able to commit to a working pattern 37 hours per week between 08:0020:00 Monday to Sunday, hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office
