  • Be the key point of contact responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to customers
  • Someone that can listen and respond to the customer with empathy and understanding, whilst working hard to resolve their queries
  • Creating great customer interactions driving brand advocacy
  • Liaising with external suppliers professionally, minimising order cancellation or delays, mitigating customer dissatisfaction
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and deal with their queries in an appropriate manner

The Successful Applicant:


  • Good customer service background, 23 years
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good track record of displaying excellent customer service
  • Be able to show empathy and sympathy
  • Be able to commit to a working pattern 37 hours per week between 08:0020:00 Monday to Sunday, hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office
