NC Associates have a fantastic new opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk with a global manufacturing company based in Manchester City Centre.

This position has arisen due to internal promotions and rapid growth over the last 5 years.

Reporting into the AR Team Leader your duties are

  • Tracking incoming payments.
  • Recording and reconciling all incoming financial transactions received.
  • Issuing invoices and receipts to all clients for money received.
  • Resolving outstanding payments and sending collection statements.
  • Updating accounts information and records of clients.
  • Assisting with audits and checking for discrepancies in financial accounts.
  • Ensuring that financial records meet company standards.
  • Compiling financial reports.
