If so, My Ohana has the perfect opportunity for you. We are the operators of the IKEA Creches across the UK & Ireland, and we are looking for Weekend Creche Supervisors to work in the Edinburgh IKEA store

Your role as crèche supervisor will include:

Be responsible for the creche in the absence of the Manager
Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
Supporting and assisting the Manager in planning and delivering a programme of activities.
Communicating with fellow colleagues, clients and parents in a professional manner.

Hours - 12hrs to 16hrs hours per week - Saturday & Sunday

Salary - £10.00 an hour - £11.05 an hour

Skills & Qualifications

Have experience working with children aged 3 years to 11 years
Hold a minimum SVQ Level 3/SCQF Level
Ability to contribute to creative activity planning
Ability to communicate with children and parents
Work well within a team
Ability to step up into a supervisory role when required.
Must be a member of SSSC
PVG check required
The creches are open between 10am 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday, all year round with the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Easter Sunday_
