Overview:


Work within a team of pension and implementation consultants to deliver a high-quality implementation service for new Buck clients and efficiency projects for existing clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Adheres to team standards, using best practices, project assurance criteria and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with senior consultant to ensure project progresses seamlessly through to completion.
  • Work to instruction to provide test matrices together with test cases.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all automated routines in accordance with testing protocols across all scenarios as instructed by senior consultant
  • Support senior consultant in the provision of proforma for classes not included in automated routines.
  • Support senior consultant in review of data load in accordance with existing test matrices.
  • Test enhancements to systems and processes as instructed by senior consultant.
  • Ensure all work is peer reviewed as appropriate.
  • Retain highlevel knowledge of legislation and system functionality within the pension areas.
Carry out such other duties as may be set from time to time


Qualifications:

  • Good pension experience with good technical knowledge.
  • Understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
  • Experience of pension systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work productively as a team member, experience of working in a project team and working under instruction.
  • MS Office (Word/Excel/) to competent level
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
