The Recruitment Solution are working with a well-respected, privately owned dealer group who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, competitive, driven Transaction Manager to join their busy showroom team in the heart of North West London 5 day week -NO SUNDAYS
This is an excellent opportunity to join the largest dealership of this group.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a Transaction or Business Manager role or as a Senior Sales Executive who is looking for career progression with a proven track record of high performance in all areas, including CSI.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional customer service attributes, always looking at ways to improve and enhance the customer journey.
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • You are passionate about our brand and business core values

Main Purpose:


Managing a small team of Product Geniuses, you will transact the vehicle sale, finance, insurance products, service plans and warranties based on our customers' demands and needs.

You will ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines areadhered to at all times.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the relationship with the customer throughout their purchasing journey, signposting the process involved from order to delivery with an agreed contact plan.
  • Ensure the process, policies and procedures are being correctly adhered to by all departments including; product genius, administration, workshop control, body shop and valet team for a successful customer journey.
  • Conduct and assist with daily meetings, reviewing latest news from the brand, Google reviews, scorecard, best practice and latest social media content.
  • Lead the team of Product Geniuses, coaching and developing the team as required.
  • Review and communicate customer satisfaction results, consistently looking at ways to improve.
  • Develop strategies, objectives and action plans to increase business and ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
