6 Month Contract Outside IR35

Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Product Owner to join on a 6 month initial contract, outside of IR35.

In this role, you will:

Represent the stakeholders, and have the mandate to prioritise scope (functions/features) on behalf of the team, setting the overall transformation vision and aims for the SCRUM Team
Create and maintain a prioritised Product Backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and clear
Clearly communicate priorities, objectives/goals, mission and acceptance criteria to the Agile Delivery Teams
Ensure the Agile Delivery Team members understand items in the Product Backlogs to the level needed and leverage the wider scrum and cross stream forums
Communicate progress outside the core Agile Delivery Team to key Judicial and operational influencers and other senior stakeholders as appropriate
A demonstrable and evidenced drive to deliver
Ability to coordinate, communicate and influence to achieve outcomes within a positive working environment strong stakeholder management skills
Take a Value driven approach, with the ability to identify and measure Value, and target delivery towards the achievement of Value
