Our client are now looking to recruit Retail Managers in the Greater London area
.

This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a company that has been buying and selling a diverse range of pre-owned goods.

For the position, they will be holding open day interviews in their Camden store on 20th January.

Retail Manager Duties:

Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
Drive and motivate your team
Interviewing and recruiting new staff
Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
Organising rotas and holidays

Retail Manager Requirements:

Retail/ Customer Service experience
Continuity in employment
Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
An understanding of KPI's
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills

Retail Manager Benefits:

Basic salary with an OTE of £30,000
Monthly above target bonus
