Our client are now looking to recruit Retail Managers in the Greater London area.
This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a company that has been buying and selling a diverse range of pre-owned goods.
Retail Manager Duties:
- Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
- Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
- Drive and motivate your team
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Organising rotas and holidays
Retail Manager Requirements:
- Retail/ Customer Service experience
- Continuity in employment
- Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
- An understanding of KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
Retail Manager Benefits:
- Basic salary with an OTE of £30,000
