Junior Estimator
To effectively manage estimation projects and analyse data to produce accurate quotations for our customers, these include Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors

To maintain a high level of customer service through timely and effective communication.

The Role:


  • Produce quotations for projects and issue them back to the Sales Office Manager within dedicated timescales.
  • Communicate regularly with external customers to ensure comprehensive and compliant quotation.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure the accuracy of information and timings within the quotation.
  • Review enquiries to ensure we can supply a compliant quotation within our product range.
  • Ensure quotations are 100% accurate including relevant margins.
  • Regular customer contact regarding key quotations
  • Quote amendments pre and postsale.
  • Raise DFA's when required ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure certification requirements are adhered to within the quotation.
  • Answer general technical enquiries ie. specifications, certification, and building regulations, referring to the technical team when required.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Ensure KPIs are fulfilled.

Requirements:


  • Ability to understand standards and the routes to compliance advantageous.
  • Construction product/systems estimating experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Organised.

Job Types:

Up to £24,000.00 per year
