A special needs school in Ealing are looking for experienced support workers to work 1:1 with pupils on the autistic spectrum.

This school is an excellent provision and caters to both primary and secondary pupils.


As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to be personable, well-spoken, and engaging with your approach to working with the students.

You will be passionate about your work, always willing to go the extra mile with excellent behaviour management to supportyour colleagues.


  • Supported pupils onetoone or in small groups.
  • Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Experience working with children with SEN.
  • Flexible and available for full time work.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies.
  • Be a confident person with a warm and friendly approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
