Position Job Employment Pathways Executive

Location Remote First - principally home based with some travel across Scotland

Salary £27,250 + excellent benefits

Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status Fixed Term - August 2024

Our Employment Pathways Executives work across our enterprise to generate not only employment opportunities but volunteering, placements, and job tasters which support our customer group on their individual journeys towards employment.

You will be responsible for identifying employers and partners, connecting, and maintaining long term relationships to create sustainable opportunities.

Working closely with colleagues to respond to the needs presented across the enterprise demonstrating creativity and innovation to meet customers needs.

This is a very varied and rewarding role where you can utilise your previous experience from commercial employment related environments to support our customers and make a real difference in their lives.
