Head of Training (Conveyancing) - Hybrid - Competitive salary

What you will be doing

Design, prepare and update legal training modules
Ensure regular training is delivered on all conveyancing topics to ensure our lawyers have the opportunity to further their skills and progress
Positively impact team morale, maintaining high standards of client care and service to members of the public, third parties and colleagues
Attend team meeting, conveyancer meetings and people briefs and provide training and legal updates
Brief groups of Lawyers where needed to implement company policies, law and guidance
Identify training needs across the Centres, and to make the appropriate development recommendations, working with the Legal Skills Trainers to facilitate delivery

What you will have

Extensive Conveyancing experience
Regulated by the SRA, CLC or CILEx desirable but not essential
Wide technical experience in conveyancing essential
Ability to inspire, train and coach others
Experience of mentoring and development
Ability to summarise legal issues succinctly and provide practical and confident advice
Knowledge of AML regulations
Strong system/process skills
Training and/or presenting experience is an advantage
