My client, a well known social housing provider, seek an experienced HR Advisor to start this interim role asap.- Working with Care & Support managers on a range of ER cases.
- This is a demanding team who generate a range of queries, and need to be actively coached to become more self sufficient
- Need someone who can hit the ground running in managing ER cases absence, disciplinary, grievance etc.
- The people in the Directorate include many admin staff, and also a number of operatives who work remotely.
- Ability to use HR data base (we have Resourcelink) to check data etc. They will need to run reports from Power BI (can learn this) to run reports to provide to managers on a regular basis
- We have a new HR Operations team (who manage payroll queries, onboarding) but would expect this person to work proactively with this team to resolve issues need to be strong team player and someone who engages in resolving problems
- Need to comfortable with change, due to the imminent merger.
