Customer Service Advisor (Temporary - Full Time)

Jackson Hogg is excited to be supporting a warranty provider to the motor trade industry. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person who can contribute to the growth of the business.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will be to both answer incoming calls from customers looking to register a claim on their warranty, then liaise with repairing garages to obtain diagnostics and process claims.
You will also deal with aftersales calls and warranty renewals meaning your role will be inbound and outbound oriented.
We want to hear from you if you have experience of working in a call centre environment.
Motor Trade experience would be beneficial but is not essential to be considered.
