We are working on behalf of one of the bespoke engineering solutions leaders in innovation, design, and manufacturing who is now looking for a permanent administrator to join their team.


Key Skills:


  • Experienced within the office environment.
  • Polite manner and professionalism when answering the telephone.
  • Responding to initial queries and taking messages.
  • Excellent phone manners.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Confident in multitasking and prioritising workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to get things done well the first time.
  • Organised and able to work on own initiative to make improvements.
  • Strong IT skills and excellent use of MS Office like Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • An enthusiastic attitude and Can Do attitude.

Duties:


  • Answering the office buzzer.
  • Welcoming guests or new staff members.
  • Management of meeting rooms.
  • Preparation, and responsibility for sending out regular mail.
  • Processing delivery notes and collections.
  • Producing management information.
  • Assistance to Senior Management and Directors.
  • Producing professional documents and notices.
  • Rotas management and ongoing support of Health and Safety and ISO 9000
  • Organising meetings, travel, hotel, and events for the company.
