Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Contact Centre Advisor Position in central Leeds to work for a reputable business within the Financial Services Sector

This would be an exceptional opportunity for someone who is experienced within Customer Services looking for that next step in their career and to join a business with an excellent name within their market and going through significant growth


As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for customers handling a range of enquires ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided with each query.


The role will be mainly telephone based you would be working in a fast paced environment working with the team to resolve any escalations.


Within the role you will be involved with looking after a busy inbox and prioritising queries to make sure deadlines and kpis are adhered to.


The position is working within a regulated environment and a keen eye for detail and adherence to compliance is essential for the role.


The Successful Applicant:

Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service Experience required

Open to sector but experience of working in a regulated position would be desirable

Excellent telephone manner
- professional and friendly

Able to build excellent relationships

Passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service

Excellent team work skills
