A great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a large scale up organisation in Coventry.

  • Supporting the director with adhoc duties
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings for staff
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Deal with incoming enquiries
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
