About Our Client:
A great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a large scale up organisation in Coventry.
- Supporting the director with adhoc duties
- Arrange and coordinate meetings for staff
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Deal with incoming enquiries
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
The Successful Applicant:
- Highly organised
- Great organisation skills
- Experience in administration
- Good attention to detail
- Can commute to Coventry
