About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UKs leading companies.
The purpose of the Facilities Administrator is to provide effective administrative support to customers and the wider business. You will need the ability to work under mínimal direction and communicate effectively with customers and other staff. A flexibleapproach with statistical, computer, and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure invoicing and purchase orders are processed effectively.
- Ensure all H&S audits are completed as required.
- Ensure maintenance checks and walk throughs of the building are completed daily and actions completed.
- Ensure front of house operates effectively.
- Ensure cleaning audits are conducted as requested.
- Support Document Services requirements
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience of operating software systems.
- Experience of working across several disciplines/multiskilled.
- Excel skills.
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of personal resilience.
- Positive can do attitude with a customer service focus.
- Proactive approach to performance improvement.
- High level of motivation and initiative; self starter.
25 days holiday
£19,000 - £20,500 pro rata DOE
