This is an amazing opportunity to begin or develop your career in HR where you will be supported, encouraged and developed to really fulfill your potential.

We have a great record of promoting and developing people within HR with many of the team going on to study for their CIPD qualification and take on more senior roles within the business.

This role would suit someone with a general admin background who wants to get into HR or someone already working in HR that wants opportunities within a corporate environment.


You will be responsible for:


  • Contacting exemployers to request preemployment references and making sure they are provided in a timely fashion
  • Following the risk acceptance process where preemployment references have not been provided by an exemployer

Your experience and skills will include:

  • Previous experience of an Administrative and/or Data Input role
  • Excellent communication and grammatical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • A team player with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, someone who strives for excellence
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure, and adjust priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • Ideal, but not essential is previous HR experience, working in a fast paced environment and large company experience
