Description
Are you passionate about creating immersive experiences and interfaces across digital spaces? Are you motivated by the prospect of designing future apps and websites for the Warhammer hobbyist? Have you got a proven track record in a UX/UI design role?


Your key responsibilities will be to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development, being considerate to the performance, specification and development cost of such decisions.

You will conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, creating customer journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

You will have a naturally collaborative approach to how you work. As well as being a highly effective communicator, you will be confident in presenting and managing stakeholders.

You will understand software development life cycles, and their work cadence, and will be up to date with changes to native mobile app design frameworks, ecommerce best practice and current design trends.

You will collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all digital platforms.

In order to be successful in this role you will be someone who easily develops effective working relationships and is confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You will enjoy working in an agile development environment and be comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to think and work both strategically and tactically will be essential.

This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 1 day per week being based at our Head Office in Lenton, Nottingham.
