PROJECT DELIVERY COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY - YOUR CHANCE TO JOIN A DYNAMIC, FAST GROWING, SUCCESSFUL ORGANISATION
Due to our clients on-going success and growth, the demand for a Project Delivery Coordinator has become available.

Our client are looking for a proactive, hands-on individual to establish an integrated project, programme life-cycle process with supportingset of standards, methods and tools.


This role must ensure that the delivery team operates efficiently and productively, allowing them to focus on the customer's objectives and providing high quality customer service.

Also to ensure that progress and issues are made visible to Management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate team resourcing and booking of consultant to projects
  • Contribute to creation of project delivery plan (responsible for resource, effort, budget, scheduling)
  • Approval/accept responsibility for delivery of Statement of Work and delivery plan
  • Monitor projects, reporting on progress vs budget and vs plan, work with the team to identify and communicate schedule/budget deviations and risks/issues, and corrective actions required
  • Ensure that project delivery process is being followed and communicate deviations
  • Organise and attend customer project meetings (typically remotely) where needed, organise project sprints
  • Work with technical project lead to identify issues and risks, and communicate these internally

Essential Skills:


  • Organised, methodical and processdriven approach to tasks
  • Personable and communicative, able to work effectively with technology team
  • Understanding and experience of key software technology project delivery process and concepts, focused on agile/scrum
  • Understanding and practice of basic project management principles: defining project objectives, planning, risk management, communications and stakeholder management, learning and improvement.
