Wembley, Middlesex

£28,500 + Pension
This is a first class opportunity for an energetic Customer Service Assistant to join a prestigious local organisation where there will be plenty of opportunity to progress, you will be joining a very successful team of people who like to have fun

Some of your duties will include:

Providing all round support in the Customer Service Department and assisting with day to day activities
Dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
Inputting customer orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
Investigating any delivery issues that occur liaising with external delivery contractors
Sending out regular sales and marketing literature and coordinating the delivery of product samples when required
Maintaining the CRM customer database system and updating information held on a daily basis
