As a Freelance Health and Social Care Trainer with D4 Ltd, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on a range of topics, including safeguarding, dementia care, medication management, and more.
  • Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and learning styles of diverse audiences, including care providers, support workers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to facilitate their professional development and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a trainer or educator within the health and social care sector.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant topics and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
