A longstanding and established charity in London are recruiting for Support Workers to start ASAP whilst the charity recruits.


You will be working for a well-established charity that has provided accommodation and support services to help vulnerable individuals build a path toward independence for over fifty years.

The charity specializes in offering services for people who aremarginalized and present with complex needs. They provide support for individuals who have recently left prison and disadvantaged young people, including care leavers.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of support workers to join the organization working within a fast-paced Ministry of Justice commissioned contract providing support and accommodation in the community to people in contact with the criminaljustice system.

You will provide flexible, holistic and short-term support to clients with a wide range of support needs, with the aim of them achieving their own accommodation at the end of their placement.

This will involve managing a caseload of clientsin properties across an allocated patch of London (North, East, South, or West London).

We are looking for someone with knowledge of support planning and safeguarding, and experience of working with vulnerable adults with complex needs (i.e. substance misuse and mental health).

This role provides an excellent springboard into other criminaljustice professions including experience of working with a range of criminal justice agencies.

In addition, you will gain experience in liaising local authority Housing Benefit departments and the DWP to resolve payment issues.

Furthermore, working 09:00 -17:00 this give you the opportunity to pursue your own personal commitments.
