The role of Recruitment Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our in-house recruitment team.
Responding to recruitment requests in an organised and effective manner you will be a team player with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a recruitment capacity.
You will manage vacancies from the initial point of contact with the Hiring Manager, obtaining relevant internal approvals, produce and publish adverts across different media publications and assist in the onboarding process.
Skills and experiences
You will be an experienced administrator and ideally your background will lie within recruitment or HR.
With strong IT skills (databases and MS Office) you will understand the need to keep accurate records to enable reporting in an efficient manner.
Your ability to communicate professionally and keep hiring managers and others updated at all times is pivotal to success so experience managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines is important.
Recruitment requires a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task on a daily basis.Why work for us?
