Job description

  • Each post will have a defined profile of work use your skills, knowledge and experience where they can be most helpful. If successful you will have a diverse role with a carefully managed workload and the right support to deliver to the best of your ability.
  • You will work to ensure that commissioned services are safe, cost effective, good quality and lead to the desired outcomes for the people they support.
  • You will develop an understanding of the contractual and quality standards that are expected of commissioned services and of the market in which they operate.
  • We have vacancies due to temporary additional funding for 2 full time (or job share considered) until 31st March 2025, in the following areas:


  • All Age Adults

  • this includes residential homes, supported living, specialised housing, respite and day opportunities for working age adults.
  • Older Adults Commissioning this includes domiciliary care support, respite and extra care housing for older people.
  • We have a vacancy due to a secondment for 1 full time (or job share considered) until February 2026 in the Childrens and Young Peoples portfolio. This includes Childrens residential homes and fostering and may involve travelling outside of Warwickshire.
