Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager with experience of working in a highly regulated environment. Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with Subject Access Requests, Data Protection and the Freedom of Information Act.
This role will see you manage the day to day running of a small team. This could include, recruiting new team members, coaching, delivering feedback or addressing performance.
Account management also forms part of this role, you will have direct client contact and management of key accounts. Managing key client projects, producing reports and delivering guidance.

Main duties to include:

  • Recruit and manage the support team and ensure appropriate training, guidance and monitoring is in place. Support the teams continuing professional development.
  • To take full responsibility and ownership for the continuing development and growth of the SAR & Support Desk Services aged accordingly and in a timely manner.
  • To ensure a robust set of KPIs are reported to SMT on both service areas

We are looking for:

  • Experience of managing a team
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment with knowledge of Data Protection, Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information Act.
  • Someone with experience of managing client projects and delivering services for key accounts
  • Someone who is able to build strong relationships with team members and customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
