We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our small People Team. This role has been designed to support our Hotels and Head Office in recruiting our next future talent.

You'll be joining a talented team that support our diverse portfolio of 22 hotels, ranging from independent hotels to branded hotels such as Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Ibis and Mercure and many more joining our growing portfolio.

This role will be based from our Head Office in Watford where you will work a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

From time to time there will be an element of travel and overnight stays involved in order to fully support the recruitment activity in our hotels.

Key responsibilities to your role:

Key Deliverables

  • To work closely with the operations team to provide recruitment support and advice wherever needed.
  • Managing recruitment process from beginning to end
  • To support in the development of our Talent Pool and benchmarking
  • Assisting the operations team with the onboarding process
  • Guardian of our Applicant Tracking System

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing recruitment processes, ensuring that all recruitment activity is in line with the recruitment policy: advise, coach and up skill recruiting managers on recruitment policies, tools, processes, interviewing skills, to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice, is compliant legally and within Group policies
  • Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity/trends to demonstrate effectiveness and value
  • Ensure all job descriptions and adverts are current and in line with Splendid's recruitment policy
  • Support the wider operations team with the Applicant Tracking System user training, drive compliance and ensuring effective engagement across the group
