Working as a Personal Injury Legal Secretary, you will utilise your highly organised and personable approach to work as you take responsibility of a varied and diverse range of responsibilities that will ensure the smooth and efficient management of this newlyestablished, vibrant office.

Alongside your Legal Secretary experience, you will also ideally hold relevant knowledge regarding personal injury/clinical negligence.

Responsibilities:


  • Secretary and admin support
  • Arranging appointments
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Prepping correspondence and documents by audio dictations
  • General duties filing, photocopying, opening and closing of files
  • Diary management
  • Answering calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Liaising with feeearners on file management

Location:
Sandwich


Salary:
£21,000 - £23,500

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
