As the Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a business project, working closely alongside the Project Manager.


You will support the Project Manager with the execution of a project which includes scheduling tasks, risk and progress management, liaising with stakeholders, as well as monitoring finances and controlling budgets.

What You'll Do:

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Reporting on progress, resources, finance, or costings
  • Support the Project Manager with the maintenance of Budgets and approvals
  • Ensure that the Statement of Works with all Suppliers are uptodate
  • Be proactive and chase for Purchase Order approvals, Invoice Payments
  • Review the process of key artefacts and including signoff as per the agreed RACI
  • Support the Project Manager with the projects and mitigating risks
  • Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks

What You'll Bring

  • Optional Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in project support office and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing and managing budgets
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Optional Master's degree in project management or related field
  • PMP certification
