Live Well Leeds is a mental health support service commissioned by Leeds City Council and NHS Leeds to work with adults who have mild to moderate mental health support needs throughout Leeds.

Live Well Leeds is a partnership between Leeds Mind Touchstone and Community links and 13 Delivery Network Partners.

This role reflects our commitment to Co Production and service user involvement in Live Well Leeds.

This role is designed to bring knowledge and ideas gained from lived experience, volunteering and involvement services into the design and delivery of our services.

If you would like to know more about this role, we will be holding two information sessions:

Monday 17th July, from 2:00
4:00pm, at Touchtone Support Centre LS8 4EX

Friday 21st July, from 11:00am - 1:00pm at BID Services, Gallery House, Headrow, LS1 5RD
