The Role:

Apprentice Customer Service Advisor - £12,000 per annum.

comprehensive training programme to learn about all aspects of the business and will play a key role in developing relationships with customers.

As an Apprentice Customer Services Adviser, you'll play a key role in the success of a vibrant business by providing administrative support, generating sales and looking after our customers - whether that's over the phone or face to face - and generally contributing to the smooth running of the office.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, can-do approach to everything. Above all, you will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team.

In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment as well as support in gaining an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

Minimum qualifications: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade C or above.
